Colin's Killian Jones will be forever one of my most favorite fictional characters of all time. This was such a complex character and Colin really did him justice. Even when Captain Hook was at his worst, Colin's portrayal always made it easy to feel for him and understand where Killian was coming from. And it was so rewarding to watch his character arc throughout the 6 seasons he was on, the way he was willing to abandon his quest for revenge once he found love. I remember always wishing for more Killian scenes while watching Once back in the day :)

Yeah Alfred the Duck was aired in my country around 93 and at that time I didn't know what fascism is or who Hitler was so I definitely didn't draw parallel. 😀 But those soldier episodes were the best.
